The mission of the South Dakota Board of Podiatry Examiners is to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of South Dakota consumers via licensure, continuing education, and inspection of the practice of podiatry; to establish policy related to the practice of podiatry through the enforcement of updated statues, rules, and regulations; and, by expeditious and fair processing of complaints registered by patient-consumer against licensees.
