How often is the examination given?
The applicant must meet all licensure requirements before being approved to sit for the examination. The applicant must take and pass the written examination prior to being scheduled for the practicum examination which is given twice yearly at the scheduled Board meetings. |

The Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audioloigsts Board has as its main goal protection of the public by regulating the professionals it licenses. The International Hearing Aid Society is an organization that promotes the profession of hearing aid dispensers and the Academy of Audiologists promotes the profession of audiology. |
