The South Dakota Department of Health (SD-DOH) works with South Dakota Health Link as the state’s health information exchange to support interoperability between SD-DOH and external partners (e.g., hospitals, clinics, and laboratories) who have information needed to perform public health work. Organizations interested in SD-DOH public health use cases are encouraged to contact us by completing initial connection forms found through the SD Health Link Public Health Reporting.
