Product Recalls and Safety Notices
If a medical cannabis product recall or safety notice is issued, information will be posted on this page. Recall notices may include the product name, batch or lot number, establishment information, reason for the recall, and steps patients or caregivers should take.
Patients and caregivers should contact the dispensary where the product was purchased if they have questions about a recalled product.
