South Dakota Breast and Cervical Cancer Program Contact Form

Thank you for your interest in All Women Count! We want women in South Dakota to Get Screened for breast and cervical cancer. You may qualify for free breast and cervical cancer screening services if you:

  • Are a resident of South Dakota or get your healthcare in South Dakota
  • Are between the ages of 30-64*
  • Have a household income less than 250% of Federal Poverty Level (Income Guidelines)
  • Are not currently covered by Medicaid or Medicare B

*Women aged 30-39 need preauthorization for breast services.   

By submitting your contact information, you agree to be contacted by the South Dakota Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (All Women Count!) to confirm eligibility and receive assistance in completing recommended screenings.
