These regulations are the South Dakota Pharmacy Practice Laws/Rules which apply to you. They are not intended to be all inclusive. The allowable duties are to be performed only under the supervision and direction of a pharmacist. Specific situations may arise that are not covered by the regulations. Your pharmacist-in-charge should also provide you with a copy of pharmacy technician policies and procedures specific to your pharmacy. These policies and procedures must be available upon inspection by the Board.
