Intern License Application as defined in SDCL 36-11-11, SDCL 36-11-25 and ARSD 20:51:02 is required for any person enrolled in a college of pharmacy professional program and who desires to secure credit for practical pharmacy experience in this state. For internship guidelines click here. Fee $40.
Nonprescription Drug Sales Application as defined in SDCL 36-11-51 and ARSD 20:51:09. Any retail place of business shall obtain a license to sell nonprescription drugs such as aspirin, cough syrup, antacids, etc. Annual fee $20.
Poison License Application as defined in SDCL 34-20-8 and ARSD 20:51:10 is required for the retail sale of poisons in South Dakota. Annual fee $6.
Wholesale Drug Distributor Application as defined in SDCL 36-11A and ARSD 20:67. For companies distributing drugs within South Dakota. Annual fee $200.
