The State Law and Ethics Exam may be taken with the National Board clinical test or arrangements can be made to take the test at another time. Endorsement License
SDCL 36-7-13 states that a candidate from another state will be issued a license if the candidate has equal educational requirements and if the other state grants equal reciprocal privileges. The candidate must have practiced in the other state for five consecutive years.
