Fees
The Board has established the following fees for testing and licensure effective December 1, 2000:
- Application for Initial License - $100
- National Examination - $235
- State Examination - $50
- Reciprocal Licensure - $100 plus $50 for state examination
- Biennial License Renewal - $150
All fees are nonrefundable.
