A person who is an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States, or the spouse of an active duty member, AND who is the subject of a military transfer to South Dakota, will receive expedited issuance of license, certificate, registration, renewal or permit for licensure pursuant to SDCL 36-1B; the SDBON will not require payment of a fee.
