Tobacco Disparities Grant

2017-2018 Tobacco Disparities Grant

The South Dakota Department of Health Tobacco Control Program is pleased to announce a funding opportunity for disparities-based tobacco prevention and control activities. The Disparities Grant is intended to promote long-term change aimed at reducing disparate tobacco use among the following priority populations: youth and young adults, American Indians, pregnant women, Medicaid clients, spit tobacco users, and the mental health and substance abuse populations. Full descriptions of each priority population are located in the Priority Population Guidelines, which can be found at befreesd.com/about
