1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons ground onion
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve on a bun. Makes 6 servings
