2 cups skim buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup finely minced onion

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill several hours before serving. Makes 16 (2 tablespoon) servings.
