• You may conduct your verification search using license number, name, and/or social security number.  It is strongly recommended that you use the license number; if an individual holds multiple licenses (such as RN and CNP), the name or social security number will not be sufficient.

• The Verification Report that you will be able to generate is considered a South Dakota Board of Nursing document.  You may download and/or print the Verification Report as primary source verification.
