Board Meetings

State law (SDCL 36-4-4) mandates that the board hold two regular meetings each year. The board may hold other meetings as necessary. Meetings will be posted at this site as they are scheduled.

Agenda

Any items requesting Board consideration must arrive well in advance; time is needed to prepare background information and materials are sent to board members prior to meetings. In order to make the best presentation possible, plan ahead.
