How do I know if I am eligible?
To be eligible, an applicant must:

Mothers, infants & children who meet WIC criteria and are on Medicaid, TANF or Food Stamps automatically meet income guidelines for WIC and need to show proof of Medicaid card, TANF or Food Stamp information.
If not eligible for Department of Social Services programs, applicant's income will need to be determined.
Salaried or Hourly Wage Earners: Will need to provide proof of income with most recent U.S. 1040 income tax form or the average gross income of the two most recent check stubs and calculated for annual income.
Self-Employed or Farmers: Net income is used for self-employed persons and farmers. Use gross sales or income minus operating expenses for annual income.
