Diabetes Care Management System
The Diabetes Care Management System (DCMS) is free software specifically designed to assist clinics and hospitals in management of people with diabetes.
Features include:
- Client registry for documentation and case management
- Reports with modifiable criteria detailing labs, exams and visits for internal QI/QA initiatives
- Trend reports for clients' A1c, blood pressure, cholesterol and other values
- Reporting capabilities for the South Dakota Diabetes Education Recognition Program and American Diabetes Association Recognition Program
- Supported by most Windows operating systems with quick version updates available via Internet download
