Certified Food Manager Training Schedule
South Dakota food service establishments are required to have at least one person on staff who has passed an 8-hour food service training and certification program. Certified Food Manager courses to meet that requirement are listed below by agency; any questions should be directed to those agencies.
- Restaurant Division of South Dakota Retailers Association (SDRA): 2013 classes. Cost is $90 for SDRA members, $140 for non-members. Pre-registration required.
