dried beans Heart-Healthy Recipes — Bean Dip

1 can (16 oz) Pinto beans, drain and mash with a fork, reserve juice
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
½ can diced green chiles
½ teaspoon garlic sauce
2-4 tablespoons tomato sauce

Combine and heat in a sauce pan. Add reserved juice if too thick. Serve warm with baked tortilla chips.
