The Board convened at 10:02 a.m., at DDN sites in Rapid City, Pierre, Sioux Falls, and Mitchell.
The Secretary called the roll. Board members present:
Raye Jeanne Blundell, President
Valerie Hinzman, Vice President

Brett Koenecke, Executive Secretary
Several persons were present at the site in Sioux Falls
Brett Koenecke gave a report on his meeting with Doug Decker and Jacque Storm at Legislative Research Council. He presented the board’s rules proposal from May 22 edited to meet the suggestions and requirements of the LRC.
It was moved by Hinzman, second by Clark to accept the changes presented. All in favor.
It was moved by Dawn, second by Hinzman to make the editing changes suggested by Blundell in her email message, including renumbering some sections and adding a conjunction at page nine. All in favor.
It was moved by Hinzman, second by Dawn to amend Section 05 to include “professional liability” in the index and at :01. All in favor
It was moved by Hinzman, second by Clark to accept the proposed rules, declare final action on them and forward them for consideration by the Interim Rules Review Committee. All in favor.
