Board Meeting Minutes
May 17, 2007 – 9:30 a.m.
The meeting was called to order at 9:32 a.m. by President Gail Dawn.
All Board members were present by RDTN; Woitte and Holcomb in Sioux Falls, Dawn in Mitchell, Hinzman in Pierre and Clark in Rapid City.
Executive Secretary Brett Koenecke present in Pierre.
It was moved and seconded by Hinzman/Clark and concurred by all that the Board go into Executive Session.
It was moved and seconded by Woitte/Clark and concurred by all to come out of Executive Session at 9:50 a.m.
It was moved and seconded by Holcomb/Hinzman and concurred by all to ask the Department of Health to prepare a contract to offer to Management Service Partners, Inc. for Executive Secretary services for the Board for a one year term to start June 1st at $2,000.00 per month.
It was moved and seconded by Hinzman/Clark to have Brett proceed with writing and processing the proposed rules as passed at the April 30th meeting. All in favor.
It was moved and seconded by Hinzman/Holcomb to adjourn at 9:57 a.m. All in favor.
President Dawn thanked Clark, Hinzman and Koenecke for their service to the Board.
