President Johnson called the meeting to order at 4:06PM CST. Members present by roll call: Wiese, Ellsworth, Isburg, Mueller, Kinkade, Rude, Benham.
Complaints/Investigations
#125-Johnson recommended the Board proceed to hearing for revocation of license. Mueller and Ellsworth recused themselves from discussion or vote on complaint #125. Rude moved and Wiese seconded to accept the recommendation to proceed to hearing for revocation of license. Motion carried by roll call vote. Wiese-yes, Kinkade-yes, Isburg-yes, Benham-yes, Rude-yes, Ellsworth- abstain, Mueller-abstain, Johnson-abstain.
President Johnson called for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Wiese moved and Rude seconded to adjourn the meeting at 4:16PM CST. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
